How do I shop online?
Simply select which items you want from this website, choose your preferred colour and size, then add them to your shopping basket.
When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure.
How will I know which size to opt for?
You can email us at info@cocobean.co.uk if you require further information in regards to clothes measurments.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Domestic Maestro/Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and Visa Delta and Paypal.
How will I know that you have received my order?
When you place your order we will email you an acknowledgement containing your order number and details of the goods ordered. Please note, this is not confirmation that your purchase has been processed. Once your goods have been dispatched to you, your card will be charged and we will then email you an order dispatch detailing your products. This is confirmation that your order has been processed.
Can I change my order after I’ve made it?
Because we start to process your order as soon as we can after we receive it, we cannot cancel or change it. However, if you change your mind after we accept your offer you can drop us an email at sales@cocobean.co.uk so we can make any neccessary ammendments (please see Refunds & Returns)
Keeping in touch with you
We want to keep you up to date with information about new ranges, special offers and improvements to this site.
If you decide you do not want us to contact you, you can request that we stop using your information and that we stop mailing information by sending us an email at info@cocobean.co.uk quoting Security and Privacy Enquiry.
You may continue to receive mailings which are already on route to you for a short period of time while your request is being dealt with.
How do we use your information?
We use the information that we collect about you to:

Monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the design and layout of the site.
Notify you about enhancement to our services, such as changes to the website, new services and special offers that may be of interest.
REFUNDS & RETURNS/DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOOD
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in a saleable condition within 7 days with your proof of purchase (receipt), for a Cocobean credit note or an exchange.
Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us.
Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.
What should I do if you have not sent me one of the items I ordered?
